Ms Saritha Reddy
Ms. Saritha Reddy, as the Center Head, brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the preschool space, first as a teacher and then almost a decade as Center Head of various preschools, including marquee schools like iDiscoveri. Under her leadership, Tangerine Trail continues to be the best daycare center in Varthur, ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care and learning.
Dr Prarthana Gupta
Dr. Prarthana Gupta is a Board member and has been working in the education space for almost three decades. She built a school from preschool level to an institution with 800+ students and is reputed for its progressive teaching and learning practices. Her experience further strengthens Tangerine Trail’s position as the best daycare center in Varthur, ensuring a foundation of excellence in early childhood education.
After completing her PhD from University of Leeds in 1999 , she worked across countries like USA , China and Saudi Arabia as a teacher and administrator before moving back to India to first start a preschool and than a full fledged school . She believes that a school should teach us how to live and not just how to make a living.
Hemant Sharma
On our Board, we also have Hemant, who is on his second career as an Educationist. Hemant spent three decades in the corporate sector, half of which was in leadership roles as Vice President HR with multinationals like Sun Microsystems and Danaher. His vast experience brings valuable insights to Tangerine Trail, reinforcing our commitment to being the best daycare center in Varthur.
Hemant decided to do his Masters in 2013 from Azim Premji University majoring in Education. After passing out in 2015 , he has been working with varied educational institutions ( both private and government ) and NGO’s , in building organizational capacity.
